If you mean that your paper is starting to look like the articles you are reading in journals than maybe not. Or are you talking about the literature review you wrote before you did your own research? APA is a very difficult style (I hate it!).
The requirements for manuscript are different from what they look like when printed. A helpful book is Writing With Style. I put a link to the book in the sources section. There is a great website I use all the time too. Its The Owl at Purdue, its the second link. Their site explains how to format your paper and which heading to use when.

You had better be citing all ideas not your own, and make your style clear enough to be able to delineate from the review. Otherwise- can you say the word plagiarism? I knew you could.
