I am afraid scam are using yahoo to get to my email and password. Lately i have been receiving to many scam mails.

This is a known phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It’s not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
The government has the website: http://www.ftc.gov
It shows scams!
Make an email that you don’t care about and use that for other stuff.
