How long do you give an employee to review, respond and sign a disciplinary warning? – Classic Game Room HD – LOST PLANET 2 review
Here is the Question: How long do you give an employee to review, respond and sign a disciplinary warning?
How long should an employer give an employee to review, respond and sign a write-up before we assume that the employee is basically “refusing to sign”? I have an employee that already had 24 hours to review and now wants to take the weekend as well…

Classic Game Room HD reviews LOST PLANET 2 for Playstation 3 PS3, also available for Xbox 360. This sci fi action shooter is optimized for multiplayer in a Left 4 Dead kind of way. Teamwork is critical for success and playing with other human beings (or a well trained dog) is the best way to enjoy everything that Capcom’s Lost Planet 2 has to offer. Kill Big claims the packaging and that’s right, numerous Class-G Akrids await your destruction. Fortunately they all have orange areas that make it easy to figure out where to shoot them, but it’s not that simple as they frequently have devastating attacks and crush you without mercy. There’s cool VS mechs and helicopter things to pilot and miniguns, even a massive shotgun. Lost Planet 2 has some funky camera perspective issues and feels incomplete when being played solo, but for those up for multiplayer and teamwork based-gameplay it should be a winner. This CGR review of Capcom’s Lost Planet 2 has Lost Planet 2 gameplay showing game play from the PS3 version of Lost Planet 2.

The only good thing about playing the game with AI is when they die the ‘battle gauge’ doesn’t go down. Good review btw, i love this game.
@antoniolopez09 HELL YEAH!
@sugreev2001 well, how did you feel about MGS4? I thought it was solid all the way to the end story wise. Although, I had to prepare myself to sit and watch the hour and change ending.
im guessing incom closed there doors…………..
@antoniolopez09 ur mom
my mom watches you.
This was a great review.
My only issue is with people who are so hard on this game for stupid reasons. CAPCOM was totally upfront about LP2 from the beginning. It was intended as a difficult multiplayer experience with replay value. This is something a big market of gamers have been begging for for years. Im only lvl 61 on one character, but Ive unlocked tons of cool guns n stuff with waaay more to go. Its a 3rd person shooters POKEMON!!!
Can I play this game’s campaign in split screen mode?
@BoldNewTradition You can play by yourself in this game, don’t worry.
yeah it does look like halo
you know what other game it looks like a little, Ratchet and Clank (3)
It shouldn’t be a requirement that you have a friend at hand in order to play a game. Capcom have lost at least one sale.
@BoldNewTradition Totally agree. I don’t want some clown sitting next to me when I’m trying to have some “me” time. And I want games to have a great atmosphere and good, solid stortytelling – think the PSX Resident Evils. Focusing on internet play and playing games with friends is destroying depth. Now it’s all about squeezing as much money as possible from gamers for DLC. It’s a sad state of affairs when I have to look to games a decade or more old for proper pacing and decent atmosphere.
I LOVE YOUR REVIEWS DUDE. FUCK IGN and gamespot and shit like that. I only watch your reviews these days. And I like that you dont give scores. Scores sucks. When reviewers give away scores the viewers only remember the scores but not what the reviewer said about the game
yea im stil pissed that they went this way sure i’ve play GOW,halo and left 4 dead but i really don’t think muti-player sould be in lost planet
what 10 dumb asses disliked this video?
@guv859 i dont want all my games to be single player games. i like single player only games with good deep story….but i also like multiplayer co op…i get bored playing on my own and i get bored playing with others so its good to have choice
@Luis29999 yes
did capcom make this like a 360/ps3 substitute for monster hunter 3 or something?
At least the AI is smarter than FarCry Vengence’s AI…I wish this guy reviewed Assassins Creed 1
I might Buy this. and if i buyed it. i will fuck the A.I. great review BTW.
You can’t shoot while getting shot, ADDD THAT>
the baddest teammate A.I. l’d ever seen is in Resident Evil Outbreak. the A.I in that game is soooo bad that its hillarious.
this makes me remember avatar the game
wow you arent funny
@KEWLSTEWIEGUY what do you mean, gran turismo is a great game and highly critically acclaimed
Tell them if they did not want to sign it, you will sign it for them and have another supervisor witness the fact that it was served. Also tell them it is part of the disciplinary process, the write-up goes in their file and will be reviewed with future infractions.. . .
It should be stated on the warning how long they have to respond. Then there is no question. Usually it is 24 hours. But if it is on the warning, the employee cannot question it or argue it.
Hi, I’m in HR too. I agree to the 24 hour rule. They can take it home if they want and bring it in the next morning. Several days is ridiculous. It’s not something you take to have a lawyer look at, it’s a written warning. Tell your employee that the time they are asking for is unorthodox and simply not how it works. They can sign or not, they’ve had enough time. It’s a warning, not a separation agreement. You can make a note to the file that they wouldn’t sign and move on. You know that since you’ve issued the warning, their signature isn’t required to prove you issued it, provided you had a witness and keep all docs in the file, and note that they wouldn’t sign.
Give that employee the weekend but let them know that, come Monday, the should be ready to sine or refuse to sign. I think 3 days is ample time for the employee to decide whether or not they agree with what they are singing. Be firm but professional and maybe make that an official company policy for future reference! Good Luck!
