How To Either Turn In Or Scam A Scammer?
I got a nice little scam email about “liberating” millions of dollars from Iraq. I would like to turn the tables on this person or at least bring him to the attention of the authorities. How do I do that?

don’t you have something better to do?
Most of those scams originate from countries where their criminal justice systems are barely functioning if at all. While they may want to do something, they are simply overwhelmed.
