Money Gram is a way Legit buy electronic goods over the Internet?

Buy In the experiment, devices are online with someone, but requested that the money is paid via Money Gram, I have not heard. The wanted to know whether it is legitimate and that the protection of the offer before you checkout.

    almost 100% of this type of transaction. . Money Gram of goods is a trick to get at his money.
    I personally would not. especially if I have to guess what it is.
