You can go to good old fashioned WALLY WORLD & get it for $99 1 time!!!! SO FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT MAYBE SKEPTICS LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION? Is this cheaper than Sylvan, I think so, I am willing to give it a shot. If you would have created this & got paid off it you would have a different review!!! George Penn LLC – Creativity Unlimited
This is a bogus website that is being used by an African (Ghana) guy who claims to be the person in the picture. It shows the company as an LLC but it is not registered anywhere. I came across this website through Match.com when the scammer gave me his “work” email which of course I looked up and lo and behold, here’s his company website. It does not provide any kind of contact information such as a phone number. If this was a legitimate architectural / design business it would list all of the jobs his company has done over the past 10 years as well as listing a phone number. If you notice, this website gives a lot of generic information. I hope that whoever the guy is in the picture eventually finds out that his photos are being used on dating sites to scam women. This particular african man has also sent me personal pictures of this guy that’s on this website so he hsd somehow obtained photos of this guy and his family. The reason why I believe this is an “african dating scam” is the man I was corresponding with eventually started hinting at needing money which he needed to be sent to Accra, Ghana. Need I say more????

I might not believe it either, if I hadn’t paid attention to the unit on language acquisition in my college developmental psych courses. It’s a well established fact that the ideal time for learning language (including second languages) is during infancy and toddler years (so I’m also getting “Your Baby Can Speak Spanish”). ServiceMagic leads suck
If you are a contractor looking to do business through ServiceMagic be fore warned that from my experience most all of their leads do not lead to a job. After using them for close to a year I have only been commissioned by two customers and those were break even jobs. Most people did not respond when I tried to contact them, I still had to pay for these none leads, and a large number of the few people I was able to contact were looking for a better price than Homedepot or a similar discount type store. To put this in perspective I am listed as a custom furniture maker and have been contacted by people who wanted a bed moved from one room to another, an estimate as to the worth of a pair of old wooden skies, free advice on painting a door, and the list goes on. I know many tradesman are in need of work but from I experience ServiceMagic is the only one making a profit.

Casting360 – DONT SIGNUP!
I signed up for Casting 360 and they asked for my card info and I was dumb enough to give it to them! They charged me 1.98 and I was okay with that until they charged me $34.99! I am pissed off because no dumb representative would help me out. All they said was, “Since you paid $35 already, just take advantage of it.” I responded, “I wasn’t aware of getting charged this amount of money” and all he did was cut me off saying the same annoying thing! SCAM is the only way to describe these people! I just called back for the 5th time to cancel my account, this time it was a lady and she kept telling me not to cancel and to take advantage because I already paid. For your information, I didn’t pay, you guys screwed me over, now that’s what happened.
Don’t sign up for this SCAM! It only brings more problems and jacks your money!
