The Encyclopedia of Aircraft: Over 3,000 Military and Civil Aircraft Review? – Star Wars: The Phantom Menace Review (Part 2 of 7)

Here is the Question: The Encyclopedia of Aircraft: Over 3,000 Military and Civil Aircraft Review?
Can someone give me a sit with a good review, not like a link to something like amazon. And is there anyway I can see the index online?
Cheapest place to buy also.

Part two now focuses on the second biggest problem with the Phantom Menace, the story. The mystery plot lacking direction and emotional involvement was really the other big problem. No tension, no drama, no stakes. Characters aimlessly follow along the events.

That William Shakesman must’ve been a TERRIBLE writer…

I mean, I’ve seen a lot of his work… and it’s all just exciting plot and dynaic character arcs and realistic and beautiful dialogue that’s poetic at the same time and all the time keeping a tight focus on the action and overall themes and messages of the story.

    BAH!

Where was Shakesman’s CGI and explosions? Everyone KNOWS you can’t tell a REAL story unless you have CGI! And explosions… that Shakesman guy was so lost…

@obiwanobiwan13 U may know that he was ironic when he said William Shakseman….He meant William Shakespear…That joke comes again in his Avatar review

U know…..I think that most of the gaps in the Phantom Menace came afer Ep.III when we were informed that Palpatine was Sidious….U know…..Then Palpatine’s plan didn’t make any sense at all…..I think that Lucas never thought of it when writing the script, when he should because Sidious and Palpatine are played by the same actor in all movies…..And Lucas still never seemed to think of it…until he made Ep.III…maybe he did relize it….U know…until it was too late…

Over 200 people out of 6400 people are either retards or fanbois.

@thizaze1 I totally agree! People who review movies are either on the take from big production companies or just so caught up in trying to hobnob with rich, famous people, they put their stupid hats on. No more decent content is coming out of Hollywood anymore. This means one thing:
Hollywood thinks that association with past content equals creativity.
We all know they think we are all stupid. Hell – they put out Transformers and made it into a masturbatory electronic fanfair!

    That was fantastic!!

I gave up questioning plots years ago, just the action and visuals have any value these days… It’s what the new audience cares about… Movies have to sell videogames… They cost more than dvds and theater tickets combined.
But the dude is hilarious …the basement scene was so wrong …it was a riot…. great vid…

there’s an agreement, i think, that the original trilogy benefitted from the restoration of scenes that were cut rather than the post-factum creation of new ones to be inserted. that certainly began the decline of the frenchise for me.

About the Sith: George Lucas says that the Sith knights was started up by a fallen Jedi that was tempted by the Dark Side. Their secret was patience. It’s not until Ep.1 that they decide to strike against the Republic in a try to take over the universe….

the reason why vader was so angry and straight-to-the-point at 3:28 in episode IV is because they were orbiting tatooine and vader remembers when he was living on tatooine as a boy in episode I and when he found his dead mother and killed all the sand people in episode II

Vader was filled with anger and rage at the beginning of episode IV

  20. elcap22 says:

or Anakin should I say, was filled with anger and rage at the beginning of episode IV because of his memories of tatooine

3:34 Hey, have U ever thought of how Ep.1 is like Ep.4…Some things that U may not even notice, but your brain did. Calling for help from other planets. Blockade around Naboo. Blockade around Tatooine. The Donut Station. The Death Star. A prinssess in danger. A queen in danger. Jedi apprantce in both films. Anikan blows up the Donut Station. Luke blows up the Death Star. The wise old sage dies in both films. Celebration at the end.
