A+ to you my friend. Honestly, every single debate that i’ve seen (and obviously thats not many, because the alarmist are afraid to debate), the alarmist got completely and utterly refuted. I mean crap, the debate i saw was John Christy vs some alarmist, and all the alarmist did was talk about the consequences while John talked about how the whole thing is complete bullshit.
@RepublicanNatio After the lesson she made us write a paper about how Global Warming can effect the way we live, so instead I wrote about how this whole thing is complete bullshit, and how you can get anyone to do anything, or believe anything as long as you use fear. needless to say she didnt like that, but Im glad my paper actually convinced some of the students to look more into the subject, than just listening to Al Gore.
It could be that the “global warming leaders” are like Themistocles (524 459 BC), who lied to the Athenians that the island of Aegina was a threat because only so he could gain them over to start building a new fleet of triremes which proved decisive in the war against the Persians. In our time the real threat to civilization is the finite amount of fossil fuels coupled with overpopulation. They might be preparing us for the post “Hubbert peak” world. But why the Themistoclesian lies?
