What percent raise should I expect after my first review? – Tekken 6: Pay, Rent or Pass (Game Review) S1E16
Here is the Question: What percent raise should I expect after my first review?
I’m about to approach my first review for work, and was curious what the going rate was for raises in the first year of employment. I am an accountant working for a small CPA firm. Any advice / experiences would be greatly appreciated.

@NotoriousAlexx you walk backwards…its the same to block for all fighting games lol
@TheLegendaryWarriorz wait for super
In my opinion, this was a bit better than Soul Calibur 4.
Definetly pay. <3
@biancaisrael3433 you pooped your jeans… cos u got an EMP…
stupid dipshit spambots
best tekken since tekken 3
@654ha123 yeah thats better cos then theres no cheap ghost blocking
Pay for this!!! Super Street Fighter on the other hand….
they fixed the online lagg with the new patch so its diffinetly a pay
uh did just see a giant panda and michael jackson srry if i got that wrong never played the game but im pretty sure i saw a giant panda not so sure bout michael jackson
@DeadEndRoad01 no, Street fighter is.
@Proasaurus no, Dead or Alive is… cause of the girls :3
the blocking was always like that
exactly
It’s funny cause people will call Tekken a button masher, then watch in awe at some guy playing Street Fighter do exactly that. Kinda sad.
how is the lag o tekken 6′s online nowadays?
@cocacolafresh non-existent, it rates people on their connection 1-5. If you get 1 or 2, there’s lag. You’re chancing it with a 3 but with 4 or 5 it’s usually clear. Playing only characters with a 4 or 5 connection I’d say about 95% of the matches have no lag, the otehr 5% have just a few seconds of lag, at the most.
Pass
@thexmario e_e
You dont restart all over only on the the first 5 or 6 stages
@DangerIncFilms Out of all the great fighting games I find Tekken, together with Dead or Alive (the ones where it’s a fighting game at least, that awful, awful, Beach Volley Ball is not a DoA game xD). This is because they are not button mashers.
I greatly enjoyed the addition of the block button, this finally puts the fights on level with DoA, which have been slightly higher because of the block button. Though less enthusiastic then the reviewer I agree on all his points.
That was asuka, not alisa 0:36
@1997NUKE Wow you suck -_-
dude tekken is tekken nothing els if the oher assholes wanna play street fighter they can all suck my dick
@ShevaMaster772 lol sorry.. i just dont like these games
@1997NUKE meh
assuming that your evaluation stands a good chance for a raise, i wanna say the amount of raise depends on how cheap/generous your firm is. i got 2% in my 6 months review and 3% for the one year….a total of 5% in one year, which is the highest they go. yaa me. not! (my company is stingy as hell as u can see) better luck to u
A raise may not be part of the review process where you work. A raise can also be dependent on a great number of factors. Factors such as budget, others in your same job, how well you are doing, how much education you have or are currently getting, what the profit of the company was. You say you work for a CPA firm, were you required to obtain and keep clients? And, how is the current economy factoring into how the firm is doing.
There are too many factors to really determine an exact percentage.
However, based on my past experience, employees can generally expect anything from 1% to 3% annually.
