I took the sat and scored a 1100 (out of 1600) without studying or anything.
Will studying from the princeton’s review book increase my score by a lot?

@joker7up well you can use some 5.1(7.1) headsets to hear ingame sound. but if the headset needs a driver then maybe it wont work.

I myself would reccomend the plantronics gamecon 777 surround sound headphones. Despite what people tell you the 5.1 surround sound works very well and i can hear enemies come from all directions.

if you buy the book and study it seriously, you could be satisfied with the effects. Without any studying of skills and such you were at a slight disadvantage. Just knowing simple tips to manage your time and maximize your potential points can raise your grade significantly, and prep books such as princeton do talk about these things. Most importantly it will contain practice sections, and these are key. The more you practice the sections and practice the proper techniques, the more prepared you will be for the real thing. Before you know it, the overall tricks and techniques of success to the SAT will be second nature after you practice them over and over, and the real thing will be a breeze. I wouldnt be surprised if you could boost your grade by about 100-150.
Get the book, but don’t waste your time studying all the little rules and tips. Instead, practice. doing. the. sections. I can’t stress how important that is. That’s basically all I did to prepare, and I got very good scores. Each section is only 20 -25 minutes long. Treat it like it’s the real test: Time yourself, and learn your pace. If you do that for a while, the SAT will feel like second nature.
It will only depend on how much work you put into it.The more you study the better you will do.I have math smart from the princeton’s review.It has helped me a lot and I was never any good at math. I would suggest it.
Princeton Review, in my opinion, is the best review book out there. It might not increase it a lot, but it should at least some. They might even have a money back guarantee!
